Change Solutions is a training company that partners with organisations to achieve business goals and objectives through enhanced employee performance.

Our key objective is to ensure that we deliver training courses that meet the needs of our clients through:

Our Development Zones include: Leadership & Management, Business Change, Business Communication, Personal Effectiveness, Customer Focus.

We run both scheduled training courses and in-house courses that can be customised to meet our clients’ specific needs.

To ensure that each individual receives the attention required to make their learning experience a value adding one we limit our courses to 15 trainees.

We can also assist you with training needs analysis and training and HR consultancy services.

Nikki Kilpin MMS (Hons)

Nikki Kilpin is the Marketing Manager for Change Solutions. Nikki has spent most of the previous 5 years specialising in HRM in corporate environments in the central North Island.

Over this time Nikki has gained extensive experience as a generalist HR practitioner having led key corporate projects on policy development and implementation, and strategic learning & development requirements, along with playing integral roles in Business Units to plan and implement organisational change initiatives, develop and implement performance management systems, manage recruitment, determine learning and development requirements, and manage employment relations issues.

In addition to her marketing role with Change Solutions Nikki maintains her interest and knowledge in HR through consulting services provided to businesses. Nikki is also a current representative of the National Executive Committee for the New Zealand Association for Training and Development


  Helen Partington

Helen joined Change Solutions in 2002 in a training and consultancy capacity. Having returned from the UK Helen brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the latest international trends on learning and development.  

Holding a diploma in Training from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development UK (CIPD), a qualified assessor and moderator of National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ), and 10 years of training experience in global financial institutions and IT organisations Helen can offer Change Solutions’ clients a depth of knowledge in all areas of the training cycle - needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation. 

Helen also has extensive experience with developing internal training structures for organisations of up to 6000 employees including responsibility for the analysis of training needs, the development of training requirements and the implementation of programmes to meet the organisation’s outcomes.



Kim-Marie Kerr

Kim-Marie joined Change Solutions in 2004 as a trainer and consultant. She started her worklife as a pharmacist but since the early 90’s has spent the majority of her time focusing on learning and development.  She led the Learning and Development team at GlaxoSmithKline  (GSK) which was recognized industry wide and beyond for excellence in learning and development processes.   The time at GSK also allowed significant understanding and influence within the Sales and Marketing disciplines,  as well as wider Organisational Development and change processes.  She holds tertiary qualifications in both Learning and Development and Human Resources and since 2000 has run her own consultancy business where the focus continues to be enhancing performance at all levels,  and across all functions. 

Kim-Marie has extensive facilitation experience coupled with a deep understanding of performance in the workplace.  Her facilitation style is informative,  fun and structured to help participants make meaningful workplace improvements. 





Ken is Change Solutions’ specialist trainer in the area of sales and marketing. Ken brings to our organisation a depth of experience in these areas extending more than 30 years including selling experience and sales management of teams from 6 to more than 20 people. Ken also offers broad commercial knowledge having held business management and director positions in international corporate and domestic organisations. On top of this ‘on the job’ experience Ken has spent the past ten years as a trainer and facilitator in both sales and marketing topics.

Ken holds the New Zealand Franchise for The Tom Hopkins Sales Academy. This enables Ken to present training courses on sales and marketing topics that are developed from the latest and best of the international Tom Hopkins material which is universally used by sales people at the top of their profession around the world. Ken adds to this with his extensive knowledge of the New Zealand sales culture to develop and present courses using a combination of Tom Hopkins material and his own expertise to provide courses that specifically meet clients’ needs.



Andrew Tuhi

Andrew Tuhi is a Senior Consultant for Change Solutions and brings 15 years of operational and management experience to the business.

Andrew has a manufacturing background, and with his management experience over the last 5 years adds a practical perspective to the provision of training resources. Andrew’s previous assignments included large multi-million dollar corporate projects in the manufacturing sector, business and product development, people management and process and systems development.

Andrew plays a key advisory role in determining and developing Change Solutions' business  initiatives including service and systems development.


David Jenkins

David brings a wealth of experience in the learning and development area to Change Solutions. Having joined the company in 2004, David's background in specialist IT training, HR development and other business related areas brings a broad experience base that can be offered to our clients.

David holds qualifications in IT, Business, and Adult Learning and Development which he has gained over a number of years. Coupled with experience in both employee and consultant roles, David develops and facilitates programmes that add considerable value to organisations.
